AmeriCorps Alums no longer charges membership dues to be a part of AmeriCorps Alums. Rather, we hope our value speaks for itself and inspires our alumni and friends to be a "sponsor” by donating $25 or more. A special
gift, whether $25, $250 or $1000, will help AmeriCorps Alums to connect,
equip and engage the national service alumni network a half a million strong and
growing rapidly. AmeriCorps Alums
creates a force for change in America’s
communities by empowering alumni with the tools and resources
they need for a lifetime of civic leadership.
You can
be sure that the funds will be used to directly benefit alumni and that AmeriCorps
Alums will not provide your name, donor information,
or contact information to outside parties.
AmeriCorps Alums does not receive
any federal funding from AmeriCorps. Each year as a nonprofit we need to raise
our own funds; we rely on individual gifts as 30% of our revenue stream.

Friends of AmeriCorps Alums End of Year Ask 2009 » Donate Online
In lieu of the annual Friends of Alums fundraiser, we are asking past Host Committee Members and friends for an end of year contribution. All donors will get a new piece of Alums gear! Donors of $500 will get a 15th Anniversary Yearbook and 2010-2011 Calendar. Donors of $1000 and up will get all that plus a special edition (donor only) AmeriCorps Alums polar fleece!
