The Festival of Trees is an annual fundraiser for the "Bob Miller Fund" that helps youth who need extra help paying for the little extras that make life so much more enjoyable!  In the past they have helped kids with registration cost for sports and other events, supported Kids Club Summer Camp, and many other things for local youth!  Trees are set up inside the Armory Community Center during the first weekend of December.
People can view the trees before and after the Annual Christmas Parade on December 5th.  The Armory opens at 5:00pm for children to visit with Santa.  The Parade of Lights begins at 6:30pm and runs down Main St. from the Courthouse to the Armory.  (Cold parade watchers can help support Kids Club and ENRICH by purchasing Hot Cocoa that is sold in front of ENRICH.)  Families can also visit with Santa and view the Christmas Trees on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00am to 11:00am when they attend a FREE Pancake Breakfast!
Donation Canisters are set up by each Christmas Tree that has been decorated by various organizations and businesses in Ionia.  People vote for their favorite tree by placing money in the donation canisters.  All donations go to the "Bob Miller Fund"!
