You may have already heard that, due to the heavy rain coming in this Saturday, 9/27, the DAY OF ACTION festivities will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, just 2 blocks from the Common (see below for address) from 10AM to 1PM.  Despite the rain, this is still going to be one amazing, landmark event!

Everything else will stay the same.  Alums will meet at 9:30AM in the lobby of the hotel.  Please arrive promptly and wear your AmeriCorps gear (unless you are still serving).  We'll have coffee and donuts and then head up to the Grand Ballroom on the 4th Floor for the rally.  If you can't make it until later in the day, please meet us at the Alums table in the ballroom.

We still need more help!  We've got 35 people signed up so far and our goal is to reach at least 50 so that we have enough manpower to get 1,000 signatures for the Declaration of Service.  If you haven't already, please RSVP ASAP to help make lots of noise about the importance, value, and impact of service in our communities.

Click here to RSVP or email me at  Everyone who RSVPs will receive a FREE ServiceNation t-shirt and AmeriCorps Alums goodies!

Address of hotel:
1 Avenue De Lafayette, Boston, MA 02111
Closest T stations are Boylston and Chinatown.

See more details on the program below.  Please forward this on to invite others and let everyone know about the location change.

Thanks for your support!  We hope to see you Saturday!
