The Maryland SPCA receives a large number of unwanted and abandoned cats each year.  To help control pet overpopulation the Maryland SPCA has received a grant to provide free spay/neuter procedures on cats whose owners reside in the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Brooklyn Park and Cherry Hill.

We will be helping the Maryland SPCA by distributing flyers in Cherry Hill on Sunday, June 23rd.  We will just be in charge of posting the flyers, not answering any specific questions, so no experience needed.  We will start with a tour the Maryland SPCA's shelter, meet some of the animals, and learn about the importance of the spay and neuter program before heading out to post the flyers.
