AmeriCorps Alums is pleased to offer to our alums a FREE professional development webinar on Creating an Organizational Culture of Commitment. 
Deterioration of employee commitment represents a serious challenge for contemporary leaders. Consequences include employee absenteeism, intention to leave, turnover, and diminished job satisfaction and performance. Studies show only 24% of workers profess workplace loyalty, 78% would change jobs if offered the right opportunity, and 48% are actively exploring alternatives.  Authorities report that 70% of companies struggle with low morale and lack of trust.  The challenge for organizational leaders is to shape culture so employees choose to share the organization's values, advance its purposes through hard work, and remain with the organization.


The state of employee commitment in today's workplace will be explored, and a means to measure organizational culture across physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions will be presented.
